Thursday.. Light and Fluffy

Well, I don't know what was "fluffy" about today, but it sounded better than anything else I was able to think of... So, anyway, today was a pretty light day for me! I played outside with the kiddos this morning, did some school stuff this afternoon, and realized I still needed to workout!! So, I did one 20 minute pilates video!... Better than nothing, right?... I'm glad tomorrow we'll be back at the Y!!!..... This weekend we're having family in town and a graduation party for my wonderful hubby! I'll have to watch extra careful to not overeat or allow myself to eat too many of the horribly unhealthy food I'm sure we'll have around! What would a party be without some junk food, right?!!.... I'll let you know how I did....

Today's diet.... Well, it hasn't been too bad... Breakfast: bowl of kashi go lean and multigrain flakes mixed with skim milk and one piece of whole wheat toast w/ splenda and cinnamon on it. (I was hungry this morning!) Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread w/ light miracle whip and a couple small slices of cheddar cheese on the side. Unfortunately, I ate two of my kid's fish sticks they were having for lunch! (No, I did NOT steal them! They were left over....) I had a spoonful of PB this afternoon, and just a few minutes ago mixed a little more PB w/ a chocolate wafer from Japan! (Am I even watching what I'm eating??!!...) I seem to have some form of chocolate or something unhealthy every day! And again, I know this wouldn't be all that bad, except I'm not keeping very close tabs on my calorie count for the day!... So, I'm really not sure... Anyway, I feel that I'm doing better but have room for improvement for sure!!!... Tonight we're having eggs and toast (whole wheat, of course) for dinner. I may end the night with a cup of tea or something!....

It doesn't seem like you're eating that bad at all. It's hard to tell someone else what they should and shouldn't be eating because each body is so different. Have you taken Jillian Michaels quiz to see what kind of Oxidizer you are? If you haven't and have the time do it for me and let me know what you are so that I can help you out (that is if you need it). You might already being eating the right portions and what your body needs. I just don't want to give you advise and it change your progress in anyway.
Also, I say if what your doing already works for you and you've been losing weight, I wouldn't change your diet until you start to plateau and not see the weight loss anymore.
