Monday's Workout

So, today was a success as far as workouts go!!!..... I did a 40 minute taebo workout, then some ab stuff and a few moves with the exercise ball.... Felt good to actually, finally get a good workout! Now, I want to go to the Y tomorrow, but I just don't want to get up at 4:45 am!!! So, I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do.....

Eating today has been good. I have allowed some frequent chocolate into my diet lately, but have been keeping tabs on my calories--so, it works! Other than that, pretty much everything else I eat is healthy!:)

Wow, what a good Monday!!!
