So, I didn't do an official workout today, as I had planned. However, I do consider pushing my 3 children, which equal over 100 lbs. together, in the stroller about 12 blocks or so--to and from the store--a workout! I think I sweat more doing that than I did doing pilates the other day.....

So, I'm thinking I'll do my best to at least do pilates tomorrow (even though it's Thursday).. and then do something Friday too. That way I get 3 workouts in this week--my first week!!

That's the plan...rearranged....:)

And pushing two kids is a HUGE workout!
