Thursday.10/8

Well, I did workout Thursday! I did pilates... It felt great too! I decided that pilates is a good move for me since, as I talked about, that's what I really want to concentrate on--my core. And I can get as much out of it as I put into it! I actually worked harder at it yesterday than the first day I did it....

Well, today is Friday, and we're not having the best day around our house today.... So, I'm sort of thinking that I may put today's workout off until tomorrow. That way I'm still getting my 3 workouts in, but not totally stressing today! We've had some hard nights this week--making for pretty tired days. Lastnight was probably one of the worst... So, I'm thinking a little rest time for mommy might be the best thing today!...

sarah, you're so sweet! i was reluctant to mention that i had officially started back up this blog--b/c i was afraid i would totally FAIL at keeping up with it... but it hasn't been too bad this week... thanks for the encouragement, friend! love ya!
